Refund policy

 

We accept returns within fourteen (14) days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition. Returns and refunds of other vendors products must be processed through the manufacturer. ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON DIGITAL PRODUCTS including but not limited to: GIVEAWAY ENTRIES and CART MULTIPLIERS. If a product is returned during a giveaway period, any entries earned from the purchase will automatically be void once the return process is started. Please note that any deliberate attempt to undermine the integrity of our giveaway is forbidden, full rules can be found in our official giveaway rules. If the product appears to be used or in any other way modified we reserve the right to deny refund. b. Refund Process

A refund will only be issued once the returned product is confirmed to be delivered back to the Company Address. Customers must provide tracking information as proof of shipment. The refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase and to the original purchaser, with no exceptions. Refunds may take up to 15 Business days to process depending on the payment method.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
