The Diode Dynamics DD8840 Universal D-Switch Kit provides centralized control for 12V accessories through an 8-channel switch panel. It features four 30A outputs and four 15A outputs for flexible accessory management, allowing multiple output channels to be assigned to a single button or different functions to be assigned across buttons.

A dedicated backlight channel and bus bar provide control for accent lighting, while the additional backlight button activates connected backlit accessories with a single press. Settings and functions can be configured through the fast-response Bluetooth app for iOS and Android devices.

Three trigger wires support OEM-style integration with vehicle signals such as high beams, fog lights, and reverse lights. The ignition wire powers the controller when the vehicle starts and shuts it down when the vehicle is turned off. A Night Mode wire adjusts output settings and controller brightness for low-light conditions.
