The FOX Performance Elite 883-26-053 rear shock is designed for 2018–2019 Jeep Wrangler applications with 0–1.5 inches of lift. Developed from FOX off-road race shocks, it combines race-proven technology with application-specific valving to provide controlled performance across demanding terrain.

Its oversized aluminum body helps dissipate heat more efficiently than steel, while increased internal oil volume supports greater control through FOX race-developed high-flow pistons. An external reservoir system further assists with heat dissipation, and black anodized CNC-machined aluminum components contribute to the shock’s durable construction.

Built for harsh environments and extreme conditions, the shock features a 7/8-inch hard-chromed shock shaft and a redundant seal pack. The durable zinc-plated seamless alloy body adds strength, while the fully serviceable design supports long-term use.
